This Refund Policy applies to purchases of DarkStage from My Dark Stage (ABN 65 238 712 701). Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, MOR TBC, who administers refunds on our behalf.
Try before you buy
Because we offer a free trial of DarkStage, we encourage you to test it fully on your system before purchasing to confirm it meets your needs and is compatible with your setup.
Our voluntary refund offer
In addition to your legal rights below, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

you have purchased directly through our checkout, and
•
you request a refund at support@mydarkstage.com with your order details.
[Optional condition — keep only if true and lawful:] Because license keys grant immediate access, we may decline discretionary (change-of-mind) refunds where the license has been activated. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law described below.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, our Software must be of acceptable quality and must match its description.

If the Software has a major failure (for example, it does not do what we said it would, or is unfit for a purpose we told you it would meet, and can’t easily be fixed), you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure is minor, we are entitled to offer to fix it within a reasonable time. If we can’t or don’t, you can seek a refund.
These rights apply regardless of the 14-day window above.
How to request a refund
Email support@mydarkstage.com with:
•
your name and the email used at purchase,
•
your order/receipt number,
•
a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our Merchant of Record. Original payment processing fees may not be recoverable.
International consumers
If you purchased from outside Australia, you may have additional rights under your local consumer laws. Nothing here limits those rights.
